摘要

Abstract

In order to research sterilization effect on the index pulse electric field,a simple index pulse generator based on Marx circuit with microcomputer control was proposed.The charge source with diode one-way isolation and inductance isolation was adopted and the generator could control pulse frequency and voltage in real-time.In the paper,all the components parameters were calculated and the effective layout design was proposed so as to reduce inductance in the circuit.Experiment results show that the index pulse waveform can achieve 3 000 V above,with pulse width in 20 ms and stability working frequency in 50 Hz,and both the voltage and frequency were adjustable.The designed power supply can be applied effectively in later experiments.
