Abstract
The Eu0.04Dy0.01Sr0.95Al2O4 green light-emitting materials were synthesized by low-temperature combustion method using Sr(NO3)2, A1(NO3)3 · 9H2O, Eu(NO3)3, Dy(NO3)3 as raw material, CO(NH2)2 as the reducing agent. The influence of urea amount and effect of toner restore on the product phase and luminescence properties at 1 400 'C was studied by XRD and fluorescence spectroscopy. The optimal combustion state was observed when the reaction occurred at the 15% excess of urea and the product contains a certain amount of green fluorescence Eu0.04Dy0.01Sr0.95Al2O4. Combustion products was changed to the crystalline intact Eu0.04Dy0.01Sr0.95Al2O4, and have good light-emitting characteristics after secondary reduction.关键词
