P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG与PP共混蓄热调温纤维的制备及其性能
Preparation and characterization of thermo-regulating fiber of blend of P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG and PP

Abstract
The different phase change materials content of thermo-regulating fiber was prepared through the melt spinning process.The chemical structure of the solid-solid phase particle and the chemical composition of ternary blend system were determined by IR analysis.The heat storage fiber thermal property,mechanical property and appearance shape was characterized by DSC,fiber tensile strength tester and SEM.The ternary blending system crystallization properties and rheological properties was characterized by XRD and capillary rheological meter.When P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG content was 12%,and PP-g-PEGA content was 3%,the tempering fiber phase transition enthalpy was 12.17 J/g,and fracture strength was 4.86 cN/dtex,the fiber surface was smooth and complete.The PP matrix of α crystal formation was destroyed with the P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG content increasing,leading to the reduction in the crystallinity of PP.The shear viscosity of ternary blend system showed first reducing then increasing in flow behavior when increased P(PEGA-HAM)/PEG solid-solid phase change particle,and shear viscosity was reduced with the rising temperature.关键词
