环丁砜在染料敏化太阳能电池固体电解质中的应用
Application of sulfolane in solid electrolyte for dye-sensitized solar cells
摘要
Abstract
Influences of sulfolane on the photoelectric performances and stability of DSSC were investigated with CuSCN,sulfolane,DMPII and PEDOT:PSS as solid electrolyte raw material for dye-sensitized solar cells(DSSC).The photoelectric performance and stability of DSSC could be improved by adding sulfolane into solid electrolyte of DSSC.When amount of sulfolane was 0.18 g and CuSCN powder was 0.25 g,its short circuit current density(Jsc) of 3.92 mA/cm2,open circuit voltage(Voc) of 0.42 V,photoelectric conversion efficiency reached 0.86% and the battery performances show a better stability.关键词
