Nullor-Mirror Realizations of CCCDTA and Application to Quadrature Oscillator

Abstract
In order to synthesize the quadrature oscillators employing CCCDTAs,four nullor-mirror representations for CCCDTA are presented by means of the terminal relation of the CCCDTA.Two alternative quadrature oscillators employing CCCDTAs are received by using eight nullor-mirror representations and eight alternative NAME equations of the reported oscillator.Their oscillation condition and frequency can be tuned electronically through tuning bias currents of CCCDTAs.As an example,a quadrature oscillator with oscillation frequency of 79.62 kHz is realized when the oscillation condition,IB2 >IB1 =260 μA,is satisfied.The computer simulation is included to verify the workability of the derived circuits.关键词
