Computation of Full-energy Peak Efficiency for a HPGe Detector Using Monte Carlo Method
摘要
Abstract
Monte Carlo simulations have been performed in order to calculate the full-energy peak efficiency of a HPGe detector.The length,radius and deadlayer thickness of detector crystal were optimized by comparing computational results with measured values.The results show that,after adjustment,for X,γ rays in the energy range 13.9-1 332 keY in different positions,the relative deviations of full-energy peak efficiency between computational and measured results were mostly within ±3% in high energies and ±6% in low energies(<60 keY).关键词
