Abstract
A method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of 15 phthalate esters in vegetable juices by hollow fiber-liquid phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The variable experimental conditions such as extraction organic solvent,extraction time,and frequency of agitation were studied.Under the conditions of room temperature (23 ℃),fast speed of agitation frequency,extraction time with 50 min,and hexane as the extraction solvent,the extraction efficiency was higher.After extraction,1 μL organic solvent was injected into GC-MS (EI) with column DB-5 (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm).Under the conditions,concentration factors of 15 phthalate esters were 4.2-315.6,limit of detection were 0.0001-0.01 mg/L,the recoveries were 71.8％-90.1％,and the relative standard deviations were 2.1％-18.9％.The method is fast and has high sensitivity for the determination of phthalate esters in vegetable juices.关键词
