Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Periocline ointment (minocycline hydrochloride ointment) on acute pericoronitis.Methods Eithty-six cases of acute pericoronitis were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group were treated with Pcriocline ointment.The control group were treated with iodine glycerine.The clinical effects were observed.Results The total success rate of treatment group was 95.5％,and control group was 71.4％.There was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.01).No adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion The effects of Periocline ointment showed better effect than iodine glycerine in the treatment of acute pericoronitis.关键词
