Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of desloratadine dispersible tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods 108 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups.The study group (58 patients) received 5 mg desloratadine dispersible tablets once daily,and two capsules of compound glycyrrhizin capsules thrice daily; while the control group (50 patients) received 5 mg desloratadine dispersible tablets once daily.After completion of a 4-week course,the efficacy was compared between the two groups.Adverse reactions were noted.Results The total effectiveness rate was 96.55％ in the study group and 82.00％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P＜0.05).And no obvious adverse reactions were found.Conclusions Desloratadine dispersible tablets combined with compound glycyrrhizin capsules for chronic urticaria is effective and safe,and it is worth popularizing clinically.关键词
