摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore emergency treatment and nursing strategies for elderly patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods The clinical data on 80 elderly patients with severe craniocerebral trauma who had received emergency treatment during the period of January 2010 to June 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 65 patients were successfully saved,with a rate of 81.25％,and the rest 15 patients were dead,with a mortality rate of 18.75％.Conclusions Timely and effective emergency treatment and nursing measures for elderly patients with severe craniocerebral trauma can improve the success rate of treatment,reduce the death rate and disability,and lower the incidence of complications.关键词
