Abstract
Objective To investigate impacts of individualized nursing intervention on the medication compliance improvement of tuberculosis patients among floating population.Methods 100 cases of tuberculosis from floating population registered in the outpatient of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases with each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the experimental group was added the medication compliance improvement based on the conventional nursing.The compliance of medication of treatment was compared.Results By the follow-up 3 months after treatment,the medication compliance rate of experimental group was 94.0％,and the control group 72.0％,the former one was significantly higher than the latter one,with significant difference (P＜0.05); the emotional stability,periodic inspection,and the feedback effects of diet in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention for the tuberculosis patients can effectively improve the medication compliance rate of the patients.关键词
