Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of massage manipulation on treatment to prevent the form of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of the elder patients with hip operation.Methods 42 elder patients of hip operation admitted in our hospital from June 2010 to December 2011,were divided into control group (20 cases) and observation group (22 cases).The control group was given conventional drug anticoagulant therapy.While the observation group was added with massage manipulation based on the conventional treatment.The postoperative conditions of swelling and DVT forming were compared in two groups.Results Within 4 weeks,the color ultrasonic Doppler was conducted in lower limbs of patients.There was one case found with obvious swelling limb in the tenth day after operation in the control group,showing signs of DVT; but there was no DVT found in the observation group,showing statistical significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The massage manipulation can help prevent the form of DVT of the elder patients with hip operation,it has advantages of simple operation,low cost and more comfort for patients,which is worthy for promotion and application in clinic.关键词
