Abstract
Objective To improve quality management level for medical records to promote the standardized and institutional development in medical records running,ensuring the safety and effectiveness of medical service.Methods We analyzed the common faults in medical records quality management.Results The emphasis degree of hospital and the responsibility and consciousness of the paramedics affected the level of medical records quality management.Conclusion Medical record quality management is the basis of hospital quality management and reflects the hospital management quality,medical level and service quality.关键词
