摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of postoperative hematoma associated with mammotome minimally invasive surgery.Methods The clinical data on 22 patients with postoperative hematoma associated with mammotome minimally invasive surgery were analyzed.Results Postoperative hematoma developed in 22 patients,accounting for 8.5％ (22/260).15 needed secondary drainage to remove hematoma,3 needed to remove hematocele with a large needle under ultrasound localization,and 4 received hot compress to induce self-absorption of hematoma.Conclusions Mammotome minimally invasive surgery is a simple,safe,effective procedure with an aesthetic effect.With the increasing improvement in experience and surgical techniques,postoperative hematoma associated with mammotome minimally invasive surgery can be prevented and treated.关键词
