中药配方治疗脑卒中伴顽固性呃逆的疗效观察
Effect of a traditional Chinese medicine formula for the treatment of refractory hiccups associated with stroke

Abstract
Objective To provide support for clinical treatment by observing the efficacy of a traditional Chinese medicine formula for refractory hiccups associated with stroke and the effect of this formula in the prevention of complications.Methods 97 patients with stroke associated with refractory hiccups were randomly divided into a study group and a control group by using the random number remainder grouping method.The study group (48patients) received therapy with a traditional Chinese medicine formula,while the control group (49 patients) received intramuscular injections of metoclopramide.One week after treatment,the efficacy ofthe therapies and the incidence rates of constipation,respiratory infections,gastrointestinal bleeding,and renal and hepatic dysfunction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate was significantly better in the study group (89.58％) than in the control group (P＜0.01),with a significant statistical difference.The incidence rates of constipation,infections respiratory,gastrointestinal bleeding,and hepatic dysfunction were significantly lowered in the study group than in the control group (2.08％ vs.24.49％,2.08％ vs.16.33％,4.17％ vs.20.41％,and 2.08％ vs.16.33％; P＜0.05),with significant statistical differences.There was no significant statistical differences in the rate of renal dysfunction between the two groups (8.33％ vs.8.16％,P＞0.05).Conclusions This Chinese medicine formula is efficacious in the treatment of refractory hiccups and in the prevention of complications in stroke patients.关键词
