疏肝健脾和利湿活血法治疗脂肪肝的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese therapis with soothing liver and strengthening spleen plus removing dampness and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of fatty liver,and to explore the mechanisms of action.Methods 600 patients with fatty liver diagnosed in our hospital from August 2009 to February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into a study group and a control group.The study group received Chinese therapis with soothing liver and strengthening spleen plus removing dampness and promoting blood circulation,while the control group received oral simvastatin.Results The efficacy was markedly better in the study group than in the control group,with a significant difference.Conclusions Chinese therapis with soothing liver and strengthening spleen plus removing dampness and promoting blood circulation are efficacious in the treatment of fatty liver.These therapies can relieve symptoms,lower lipid levels,and improve liver function and are worth popularizing clinically.关键词
