摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of pericarpium trichosanthis injection in patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO) after balloon dilatation and stent implantation.Methods From 2006 to 2010 in our hospital,39 patients with ASO after balloon dilatation and stent implantation were randomly divided into the treatment group (20 patients with 22 limbs in ill) and the control group (19 patients with 20 limbs in ill).All the patients were treated with anticoagulant and flaring therapy.In addition,patients in the treatment group were injected with 8 ml pericarpium trichosanthis injection in 250 ml 0.9％ saline for 15 days.Clinical syndrome,vascular patency rate and ankle brachial index were observed for 3 and 6 months after surgery.Results 3 and 6 months after surgery,there were significant differences in pain,apathetic,skin color,skin temperature,intermittent claudication,rest pain,ulcer,rate of vascular patency and ankle brachial index between two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Pericarpium trichosanthis injection can improve the clinical syndrome and vascular patency rate in patients with ASO after surgery.关键词
