Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Thin-prep cytology test (TCT) in screening uterine cervix cancer.Methods We retrospectively analyzed 2700 cases of TCT in health examination from June 2009 to July 2010,who were admitted in Tianhe District Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou.The cases with abnormal results were confirmed by histopathologic examination.Correlation analysis of the result was conducted.Results TCT test results showed atypical squamous ceils of undetermined significance (ASC-US); atypical squamous cells,cannot exclude high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (ASC-H); low grade squamous ontraepithelial lesion (LSIL)and high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) detection rates were 4.26％,0.52％,1.92％ and 0.78％,respectively.Diagnosis accordance rate of pathological examination and LSIL was 63.46％,and HSIL was 80.98％.Conclusion TCT is an effective method for screening cervical intraepithelial lesion.关键词
