护理人文关怀在眼耳鼻咽喉科门诊老年患者中的应用
Application of humanistic care to elderly outpatients in E.N.T Clinic
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of applying humanistic care to elderly outpatients in the E.N.T clinic.Methods We selected elderly outpatients from our clinic.The outpatients selected in the period from Nov.2009 to May 2011 were classified as the observation group while those selected in the period from Apr.2008 to Oct.2009 were classified as the control group.Extra humanistic care besides routine nursing care was given to the observation group throughout the whole medical treatment and only routine nursing care was provided to the control group.Comparisons were made to the satisfaction on the whole range of nursing work by the two groups and their family members.Results The evaluation on each nursing work index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care can improve relationship between nurses and outpatients,increase the overall nursing service level,promote the recovery of the outpatients and significantly improve the satisfaction of outpatients to nursing work关键词
