Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of continuous blood purification (CBP) in the treatment of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and summarize the nursing measures.Methods 58 cases with MODS admitted in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were selected,on the basis of the primary disease treatment while providing CBP treatment,reasonable and effective nursing measures were given.Results In the 58 patients with MODS,through the CBP treatment,34 cases were cured,10 cases were improved,14 patients died,including 4 cases of death due to economic problems and discharged,10 cases with other death causes of complications.Compared to conditions before treatment,the CBP therapy in creatinine,urea nitrogen,heart rate,PaO2 and PaO/FiO2 had statistical significant differences (P＜0.05),while the mean arterial blood pressure,pH,PaCO2 and HCO3 aspect had no statistical significant difference (P＞0.05).Conclusion The CBP can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients with MODS,reasonable and effective nursing can improve the survival rate of patients with MODS.关键词
