Abstract
Objective To investigate female urban wandering mentally ill patients and put forward corresponding nursing countermeasures.Method Investigated,summarized and analyzed 927 cases of female urban wandering mentally ill patients in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2012.Results The majority of patients was hard to communicate,lack of access to basic information(57.8％); trauma and skin infections(60％),infectious diseases(14.2％),sexual abuse(39.1％) and even pregnancy were common.Conclusions The sources of female urban wandering mentally ill patients are complex,which is a serious problem.We should attach great importance to problems in its specificity,take protection of patients and health care workers.关键词
