摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe curative effect of atorvastatin in treating patients with hyperlipidemia and insulin resistance.Methods 82 patients with hyperlipidemia and insulin resistance given atorvastatin 20mg/d for 12 weeks.Total cholesterol(TC),TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,fasting insulin (FINS),insulin sensitivity index (ISI),C-reactive protein (CRP),liver function,kidney function were compared before and after treatment.Results After atorvastatin therapy for 12 weeks,the levels of TG,FINS,ISI and CRP were decreased (P＜0.05),the levels of TC and LDL-C significantly decreased (P＜0.01),while HDL-C was increased (P＜0.01).The liver and kidney function showed no statistically significant before and after treatment (P＞0.05).Gonclusion Atorvastatin statins have lipid mechanisms,improvement of insulin resistance and the anti-inflammatory effects.关键词
