参附注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床观察
Shenfu injections in the treatment of chronic heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injections in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 90 patients with chronic heart failure who had been hospitalized between January 2010 and September 2012 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,45 for each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the study group received Shenfu injections in addtion to conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups,and the changes in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effectiveness rate was significantly higher in the study group (93.3％) than in the control group (75.6％),with a significant statistical difference (P＜0.05).As compared with the baselines,LVEF was improved in both groups and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the improvement in LVEF was more significant in the study group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Therapy with Shenfu injections is efficacious in the treatment of chronic heart failure,and it is worth further popularizing clinically.关键词
