膀胱肿瘤二次电切术的手术配合
Surgical cooperation in repeat transurethral resection of bladder tumor
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the cooperation skills of theater nurses in repeat transurethral resection of bladder tumor (Re-TURbt) for high-risk superficial bladder tumors.Methods The data on 33 patients with non-muscle invasive bladder urothelial cancer who had undergone repeat transurethral resection of bladder tumor within 4 weeks after initial resection between February 2010 to April 2012 were collected.The nurses visited the patients preoperatively and cooperated together intraoperatively.Results The procedure was successfully performed on all the patients and patient' s emotion was stable.No complications occurred.Conclusions Effective visits before surgery can relieve worry of patients for repeat surgery.Skilled intraoperative cooperation is the guarantee of a successful surgery.关键词
