Abstract

Based on the data from the low-permeability sandstone reservoirs of the Chang 2 oil-bearing bed from Jiyuan of Ordos Basin,the multiple stepwise regression analysis method is used to establish two multiple regression equations in the influential evaluation of the pore-throat sizes on the porosity and permeability of the lowpermeability sandstone reservoirs:porosity =18.578-2.897 × entry pressure-0.376 × texture coefficient (r =0.739).This equation indicates that the entry pressure and texture coefficient are important factors to the porosity of the low-permeability sandstone reservoirs.In (permeability) =10.781 + 9.614 × variation coefficient -0.341 × texture coefficient-1.007 × mean pore-throat (b) (r =0.973),this equation indicates that the variation coefficient,texture coefficient and mean pore-throat (φ) are the most important factors to the permeability of the low-permeability sandstone reservoirs.
