高铁高硅煤矸石制备P型分子筛
Preparation of P Type Molecular Sieves from Gangue of High Iron and High Silica Content
摘要
Abstract
The high iron and silica content gangue was taken as the main material to synthesize P type molecular sieves by hydrothermal crystallization after oxidation at 350 ℃ for 2 h,iron removal by acid leaching,calcination at 750 ℃ for 2 h and alkali melting at 400 ℃ for 2 h.The ore,the pretreated material and the crystallization products were characterized by XRF,XRD and SEM.The results showed that the iron removal ratio of sulfuric acid leaching was 96.8%,the calcined gangue powder mined into soluble aluminosilicate.The crystallization products were pure P type molecular sieves,the average particle size was 2.53 μm,the calcium ion exchange capacity of the dry products was 325 mg CaCO3/g,the magnesium iron exchange capacity of the dry products was 96 mg MgCO3/g.关键词
