低龄未婚女性人流及重复人流原因分析
Reason analysis of abortion and repeated abortion in young unmarried women
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the incidence of abortion in young unmarried women and to provide basis for promoting women 's reproductive health. Methods All the women asking for painless artificial abortion voluntarily from 2009 to 2011 in Guangwai Hospital were included in the study. Their basic situation, past and present abortion were surveyed . Key investigation was on the repeated abortion rate and abortion rate of women under 20. Results The average constituent ratio of women under 20 was 7. 12% , and there was a rising trend. The constitution rate was 5.24% , 7. 10% and 9.26% , respectively in three years (χ2= 6. 71 ,P <0. 05). The average repeated abortion rate within a year was 35.49% , and there was no significant difference among three years (trend χ2=3. 33,P>0. 05). But the proportion of women under 20 with repeated abortion increased year by year , and it was 1.49% , 3. 92% and 9. 09% , respectively in 2009,2010 and 2011 (trend χ2 =6.41, P<0. 05). Conclusion The abortion rate of young unmarried women and the proportion of them with repeated abortion increase year by year. To avoid repeated abortion rate , especially repeated abortion of young unmarried women has become a pressing matter of the moment.关键词
