宫颈癌术前新辅助化疗的近期临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects and significance of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the adjuvant treatment for cervical cancer in the near future. Methods Forty-eight cases suffering from Ⅰ b to Ⅱ b cervical cancer in Ankang People 's Hospital in Shaanxi Province were analyzed retrospectively. They received two courses of intravenous neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery . Clinical symptoms after chemotherapy , changes of tumor size , adverse reactions of chemotherapy and the results of pathologic examination were observed. Results After two courses of chemotherapy , there were 44 cases obtaining tumor minification , 3 cases with tumor elimination and 1 case without significant change in tumor. Clinical effective rate in the near future reached 97. 9%. The remission rate in Ⅰ b2 patients was significantly higher than that in Ⅱa patients (82.6% vs 52.4%, χ2= 4. 623 ,P =0. 032 <0. 05) , and the remission rate of squamous cell carcinoma was similar with adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma ( 74. 4% vs 60. 0% , χ2 =0. 472 , P = 0. 492 > 0. 05 ). Adverse reactions of systemic chemotherapy were mild . Conclusion Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy has significant effects for Ⅰb to Ⅱ b patients with cervical cancer in the near future . It can reduce local tumor significantly and improve resection rate , and adverse reactions are mild. It has significance in the clinics.关键词
