人乳头瘤病毒疫苗研究新进展
Research progress on HPV vaccine
摘要
Abstract
Cervical cancer causes significant morbidity worldwide . The persistent infection of human papillomavirus ( HPV) , especially high risk type of HPV is the main cause of cervical cancer. Actively curing high risk HPV infection on cervix is of great significance to prevent occurring and to reduce the morbidity and mortality of cervical cancer . The cervical cancer vaccines have been shown to play a key role to prevent the incidence of HPV and thus to prevent cervical cancer . Therefore, the research and development of prophylactic and therapeutic vaccines ( Cancer Vaccines of HPV ) has great significance in preventing and treating cervical cancer . At present there are two kinds of cervical cancer vaccines already used clinically: the bivalent and tetravalent prophylactic vaccines . This paper reviewed the research progress on prophylactic HPV vaccines and therapeutic vaccines , and explored the clinical application prospects of cervical cancer vaccines.关键词
