摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of LED different light qualities on growth and physiological characteristics of Cymbidium lowianum plantlets so as to provide theoretical support for LED system research and development and large-scale production of Cymbidium lowianum.[Method]Different combinations were formed by arraying the different light qualities at different proportions based on LED monochromatic spectrum including red,blue and green with fluorescent lamp as the control.The effects of different light qualities generated by LED on growth and physiological characteristic index of Cymbidium lowianum plantlets were studied.[Result]The Cymbidium lowianum plantlets showed bad growth status under only red and blue LED light,but normal growth in complex LED light.RBG treatment exhibited higher pigmeat content than other treatments.Red light promoted the content of soluble sugar,and blue light promoted the contents of amino acids and soluble protein.Plantlets under 2RB exhibited the highest root length,root number,plant dry weight,soluble sugar content and energy efficiency.[Conclusion]The results showed that the red-blue complex of LED (2RB) light was the optimal for the growth of Cymbidium lowianum plantlet,accordingly LED illumination system could replace fluorescent as an ideal light source in Cymbidium lowianum plantlets.
