摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the pathological characteristics and the risk factors of the patient with type Ⅱ diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Method:80 patients treated in our hospital from November 2010 to April 2012 were chosen,In Group A 42 cases combined with type Ⅱ diabetes,and 38 not associated with type Ⅱ diabetes patients in Group B,their cerebral lesion characteristics was compared,at the same time 40 cases type Ⅱ diabetes without cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital in the corresponding period.Type Ⅱ diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction in patients with risk factors were respectively analysed with Logistic.Result:Type 11 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction in patients with multifocal infarction and recurrent infarction are more common.All the factors affecting only triglyceride.and lipoprotein B100 are in regression equation by respective analysis with Logistic.Conclusion:Type Ⅱ diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction in patients with multifocal infarction and recurrent infarction are more common,and triglycerides and apolipoprotein B100 are the main risk factor.关键词
