摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical curative effect and security of intrarenal sinus lower segment joint incision in treating renal giant staghorn calculi.Method:47 cases of renal giant staghorn calculi patients were with the incision of intrarencal sinus and postrenal low segement.Result:47 patients average operation time was (153 + 7.6) min,intraoperative amount of bleeding for (268 + 109) mL,intraoperative does not need to block the renal blood flow,the biggest of calculus was (7.2×5.6×3.4) cm,one of the patients took stones 74 pieces.Postoperative 1 year of follow-up,by examination of B-ultrasonography or KUB + IVU review,all patients renal function recovered well,3 patients were found in the kidney stone residual,diameter acuities were 0.5 cm.Conclusion:Renal sinus in renal pelvis and after lower segment joint incision in treating renal giant staghorn shape stone is safe and effective,with simple operation,less amount of bleeding,stone clean,the advantages of small renal injury,suitable for clinical application.关键词
