中国中部农村艾滋病高发区医务人员现状调查
Inventory Survey of Medical Personnel of High-Prevalence of AIDS in Central China's Rural
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate medical personnel's cognition,attitude,policy and working conditions for AIDS in high-prevalence of AIDS of entral China's rural. Methods: Medical personnel inventory survey questionnaire was established to investigate medical personnel of high-prevalence of AIDS in central China's rural on the basis of literature research and applying epidemiological research methods. Results: Rural medical personnel have high cognitive level of AIDS generally,good attitude to AIDS patients,and better grasp of national policy,but the local medical personnel have heavy working intensity,and low income. Conclusion:Medical personnel of high-prevalence of AIDS plays an important role in AIDS prevention and treatment work in local, and a variety of channels of vocational training of medical personnel shall be carried out actively, staff welfare shall be improved, and initiative of medical personnel shall be fully mobilized in AIDS prevention and treatment work,so as to play the role of medical personnel in AIDS prevention and treatment work.关键词
