中西医结合治疗小细胞肺癌临床研究
Observation on the Curative Effect of Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for the Treatment of Small-Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of using integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for tne treatment of small-cell lung cancer. Methods:80 patients of small-cell lung cancer were randomly divided into the two groups. The control group was given intravenous chemotherapy with standard EP option. For the treatment group,on the basis of intravenous chemotherapy , qi and yin deficiency syndrome was additionally given modified Shengmai Drink or Baihe Gujin Decoction; stagnation of qi and blood syndrome was additionally treated with addition or subtraction Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction; yang deficiency of spleen and kidney was added Major Original-Qi Tonifying Decoction for treatment. Treatment effects and adverse reactions were evaluated according to WHO standard after four to six weeks of treatment. Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 67. 4% while the rate of the control group 32. 5%. The treatment group was superior to the control group,and comparions between them showed that the differences were signifi-cant( P < 0.05). Adverse reactions of bone marrow and the digestive system in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0.01). Conclusion: The curative effect of using integration of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine for tne treatment of small-cell lung cancer is better than the pure chemotherapy,and adverse reaction is low.关键词
