丹参注射液对溶血、血管刺激的实验研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the vascular irritation and hemolysis of Danshen Injection. Methods: We used the way of ear vein administration to observe the irritation of Danshen Injection on the injection of local vascular of rabbits. We used the 2% red blood cell suspension in the blood of rabbit to check whether it could cause the reaction of emolysis and erythrocyte agglutination. Results: The Danshen Injection didn't cause endothelial damage and stimulation on the vascular of rabbits. Compared with the 5% 'glucose group, there was no conspicuous difference between them. Conclusion:The Danshen Injection doesn't have the effect of vascular irritation,hemolysis and red blood cell condensation.关键词
