寿胎丸合芍药甘草汤加减治疗先兆流产临床研究
Clinical Research of Addition and Subtraction Shoutai Wan and Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in Treating Threatened Abortion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of addition and subtraction Shoutai Wan and Shaoyao Gancao Decoction for the treatment of threatened abortion. Methods: 70 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 40 cases and the control group of 30 cases. The treatment group was treated wtih Shoutaiwan and Shaoyao Gancao Decoction(Composition;dodder 30 g,loranthus parasiticus 15 g,himalayan teasel root 15 g,donkey - hide gelatin (melt) 10 g,raw radix paeoniae alba 20 g,fried licorice root 6 g. The control group was given progesterone injection 20 mg, intramuscular injection, once a day and injectable human ehorionic gonadotropin 2 000 u, intramuscular injection, once every other day. The effective rate of the control group was 80.0% ,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5% , and comparisons of the effective rate in the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0. 05 ). Comparison of the value of progesterone in the two groups after treatment showed that the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Addition and subtraction Shoutai Wan and Shaoyao Gancao Decoction in treating threatened abortion has remarkable curative effect.关键词
