丹参多酚酸盐对早期2型糖尿病肾病同型半胱氨酸及尿白蛋白排泄率的影响
Influence of Salvianolate on Homocysteine and Urinary Albumin Excretion Rates in Early Diabetic Nephropathy Patients
摘要
Abstract
Ojective:To investigate the effects of selvianolate on homocysteine and urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) level of early diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: Sixty patients with type 2 early diabetic nephropathy (DN) were divided into the control group and the treatment group,each of 30 cases,the control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with 0. 9% saline 100 mL and selvianolate 200 mg intravenous infusion for three weeks on the basis of the conventional treatment. The level of HCY and UAER were measured before and after treatment in the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences on the levels of HCY and UAER before treatment in the two groups(P > 0. 05). There were no significant differences on the levels of HCY and UAER before and after treatment in the A group of patients (P >0. 05). The levels of HCY and UAER after treatment in the B group were significantly lower than those of before treatment (P < 0.01). The levels of HCY and UAER of B groups were significantly lower than those of A group after treatment( P <0.01). Conclusion:Salvianolate can effectively reduce the levels of HCY and urinary albumin of patients with early diabetic nephropathy.关键词
