通腑消胀方治疗肿瘤患者服用吗啡类药物所致便秘的临床研究
Clinical Research of Tongfu Xiaozhang Prescription in the Treatment of Constipation Caused by Morphine Drugs

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Tongfuxiaozhang prescription in the treatment of constipation caused by morphine drugs.Methods:61 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n =33) and control group(n =28) cases.The control group was given oral Maren Runchang soft capsule,8 capsules each time,taking in 30 min after breakfast and dinner.The treatment group was given oral Tongfu Xiaozhang prescription,1 agent daily,water fry 300 mL,sooner or later.Observe the defecation integrals and purgation effect before treatment,treatment for seventh days,fourteenth days and after stop drug seventh days.Results:Compared the defecation score before treatment in the 3 monitoring points,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.01).Compared the defecation score in fourteenth days with control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Compared the effect in treatment group in the seventh days,fourteenth days with control group,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).But in seventh days after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05)).Conclusion:Tongfuxiaozhang prescription can reduce the the defecation score in cancer patients caused by morphine and improve the defaecation effect.关键词
