Abstract
Objective:Observation of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating cough affter a cold effect.Methods:80 cases of cough affter a cold patients using a random number table were randomly divided into treatment group 40 cases and control group 40 cases.The control group was given oral amoxicillin capsule per 0.5 g,once every 6 hours ; Acute bronchitis syrup 30ml each time,3 times a day.The treatment group were treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction (Ephedra,Guizhi,fried white peony root,ginger,Asarum,Schisandra,Qing the Breit,Zhigancao),1 day 1 dose 2 times a day orally morning and evening.2 groups with 3 day for 1 courses,continuous after 3 courses of treatment the curative effect.Result:The treatment group 22 cases were cured,14 cases improved,4 cases ineffective,with an efficiency of 90％ ;The control group of 13 cases were cured,9 cases improved,18 cases ineffective,with an efficiency of 55％.2 group comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong Decoction in treating cough after a cold has a significant effect.关键词
