参麦注射液治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenmai injection in treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:128 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group,each group of 64 cases.The control group was treated with nifedipine tablets,10 ～20mg,3 times daily,the experimental group in the control group treated with Shenmai injection in the treatment of.Results:The rate was 79.6％ in the control group,the experimental group was 98.4％,the two groups,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Blood rheology index comparison,the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Better clinical effect of Shenmai injection in treating coronary heart disease,and high safety.关键词
