摘要
Abstract
Objective:To improve the understanding of doctors about upper extremity muscle damage associated similar to coronary heart disease.Methods:Make a retrospective analysis of 20 cases and summarize its clinical characteristics and common tender area distribution with the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment.Results:According to the symptoms improve evaluation:excellent in 18 cases,effective in 2 cases,efficiency of 100％.According to the ECG improvement evaluation:excellent in 14 cases,improved in 3 cases,no change in 3 cases,efficiency of 85％.Conclusion:Muscle injury associated coronary heart disease and angina pectoris are very difficult to distinguish.Clinical attention should be paid to the occupation(relative position),medical history collection and detailed analysis but not to rely too much on the auxiliary examination.If the young,muscle damage associated similar to coronary heart disease should be highly considered when continuing discomfort and drugs ineffective.Using traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment in drug treatment at the same time,the symptom of muscle damage associated coronary heart disease relieves quickly.关键词
