Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and stellate ganglion block in treating cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia.Methods:Use oral Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and stellate ganglion block in treating 30 cases with cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia.(Activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis:Shuizhi,Taoren,Chishao,Danshen,Honghua,each 15 g,Dahuang 3 g.Qi asthenia plus:Huangqi 30 g,Baizhu 20 g,Hongshen 10 g,Fuling 20 g.Dampness (heat plus:Huangqi,Longdancao,Zexie,Mutong,Houpu,Chenpi,each 15 g,Huoxiang 10 g,Yiyiren 20 g.Phlegmatic hygrosis plus:Banxia,Baizhu,Tiannanxing,Fuling,Baijiezi,each 15 g.Yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat plus:Xuanshen,Shengdihuang,Maidong,Guiban,Wuweizi,each 20 g,Zhimu,Huangbai,each 10 g,Mudanpi 15 g).Results:50％ were recovered,40％ had marked effect and 10％ effective.Conclusion:TCM combined with traditional Chinese medicine and stellate ganglion block has exact curative effect for cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia with lower morbidity.关键词
