Abstract
The coupling screw-on machine of casing and tubing is an important equipment for control quality.it summarized the principle of screw-on machine from five aspects,covering hydraulic system,main back clamp making up and breaking out control,torque control,coil number control and integrated computer display output.Meanwhile,it put forward solutions to problems occurred in practical screwing process,such as thread galling,exceeding the maximum torque value and coupling circumferential scratches.After using these solutions to improve screwing machine and screwing process,simultaneously,adopting special type casing with the same specification and the same screwing machine to carry out 100 times test,the result indicated that the screwing quality problems have been greatly reduced,which can effectively assure screwing quality.关键词
