Abstract
Air stripping method was studied through laboratory experiment to treat high concentration ammonia nitrogen wastewater.Orthogonal experiment found the order of influencing factors:wastewater pH value>gas-liquid volume ratio r>wastewater temperature tw>surfactant concentration c,and the optimum condition was pH=11.0,r =550,c=10 mg · L-1,tw=75 ℃and got the best removal rate of 71.4%.With coal gas from final cooling stage as desorption medium,practical experiment conducted in a coking plant and found the order of influencing factors:wastewater pH value>wastewater temperature tw>gas-liquid volume ratio r>coal gas temperature tg>surfactant concentration c,and the optimum condition was pH=1 1.5,tw=90℃,r=650,tg=55℃,c=20 mg· L-1.Practical suggestions were given to application of ammonia recovery process by coal gas stripping method.关键词
