Research on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Performance Management Methods and Approaches

Abstract
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a basic rule of environmental protection in China,but still exists problem in performance management.So,it is necessary to introduce performance management into EIA,and the right methods and approaches of performance management are the basis.The concept and theory basis of EIA performance management was brought forward and methods and approaches of performance management system in EIA was analyzed including management goal,management system,methods system,environmental supervision and post-EIA,public participation,laws and regulations and capital investment.The analysis showed that implement of EIA performance management should give consideration to multi-factors and use sorts of ways systematically.关键词
