影响钝顶螺旋藻固碳的环境因子优化
Optimization of environmental factors affecting potential of carbon fixation of Spirulina platensis

Abstract
Environmental factors,including CO2 concentration,temperature and photoperiod in flaskes,were optimized to improve the rate of carbon fixation of Spirulina platensis in this work.The optimum cultural conditions were obtained during the growth of Spirulina platensis in a 2 L conical flask:10% CO2,temperature of 30℃ and photoperiod of 16/8.During the exponential growth phase,the specific growth rate and carbon fixation rate reached the peak of 0.512 d-1 and 42.506 mg/(L · h),respectively.Moreover,the nutrient consumption showed that the content of nitrogen and phosphorus in medium was sufficient to meet the demand of the growth of Spirulina platensis.In its growth process,additional 10% CO2 not only provided inorganic carbon sources,but also contributed to slow down the rise of pH in the medium.关键词
