Abstract:Aimed at improving wear-resisting material performance for reducing the an annual loss of millions of tons of materials due to wear,corrosion,and surface failure of industrial equipment and components,this paper is a dynamic metallurgical study of micro-mechanism of friction and wear by combining the macro phenomena of friction and wear with the micro-structural changes.The tribo-metallurgical study functions as the basic way to reveal the nature of metal material wear and makes for the selection and development of wear-resistant materials and wear-resistant treatment method.The tribo-metallurgical study of high-Cr,low-Cr and Cr-Mo-Cu cast irons suggests that the use of nano-modification technology provides a significant improvement in the microstructure and properties of chromium cast irons,especially in its wear resistance.关键词
