摘要

Abstract

Aimed at analyzing the effect of dynamic load coefficient of gear meshing in planetary transmission mechanism for cutting part of coal mining machine,this paper describes the use of Pro/E to develop 3 D solid model of certain two-stage planetary transmission for cutting part of coal mining machine introduced into LMS Virtual Lab Motion module,and the dynamic simulation of time-varying meshing stiffness caused by coincidence degree with or without oil film.The results show that the absence of the effect of lubricating oil means a dynamic load coefficient of the high level outer and inner meshing of 1.045 and 1.003 respectively and a dynamic load coefficient of the low level outer and inner meshing of 1.024 and 1.014 respectively.Planetary transmission mechanism for cutting part of coal mining machine stays in low speed and high load running state,with relatively little effect of oil film on dynamic load coefficient; dynamic load coefficient of the high level outer and inner meshing shows 1.53% ~ 2.58% and 3.79% ~4.19% increases respectively for No.220 and No.320 gear oil; dynamic load coefficient of the low level outer and inner meshing shows 0.88% ~ 1.37% and 1.68% ~ 1.97% increases respectively.
