摘要

Abstract

Objective To compare the difference on medical service satisfaction between inpatients and their families and analyze the reason. Method Investigate 296 inpatients and 280 of their families by self-designed questionnaire on medical service satisfaction and analyze the result. Result There is no significant difference on admission service, environment of wards, diet, exam/therapy procedures, private problems and general evaluation between inpatients and their family. Inpatients7 total satisfaction and satisfaction on nurses, doctors, visitors and discharge service arc higher than their families'. The difference is significant. Conclusion Families7 medical service satisfaction is lower than inpatients7. Both inpatients7 and their families7 satisfaction should be paid attention to during medical service to win a good reputation.
