Survey and analysis on influencing factors of stability for nursing team
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of nursing team stability for 4 city general hospitals above the level of Third Grade Class B in Lishui. Method To investigate nurses from 4 hospitals on present situation and influencing factors of stability for nursing team by self-designed questionnaire. Result The ratio of inpatient beds and bedside nurses is 1 : 0. 31, nurses turnover rate is 8. 67% in that year. Heavy workload, imbalance between pay and income and high working risk arc the main factors influencing nursing team stability. More than 60% of the nurses suggest reforming distribution system, increasing income, enhancing human resource allocation of bedside nurse and improving their position generally. Conclusion There arc unstable influencing factors of nursing team, which needs corresponding measures from related departments.关键词
